02 CONSULT

We will review the information and pictures submitted online or preview the house in person and evaluate your staging needs.

03 PAPERWORK

After reviewing your property, we will create your custom staging quote. Once you are satisfied with the staging quote and staging date, you can complete all the necessary paperwork digitally.

04 STAGING

Our staging team will pull from our in-house inventory to compliment your home's design and selling features to best showcase each space. On staging day, our team will stage your property usually within one day.

05 DESTAGING

Once you accept an offer, we recommend keeping the home staged until all inspections and appraisals are complete. We request a 10 day notice to schedule a date to destage.

06 renewal

We structure our contracts for 2 months as that is the typical time it takes a property to get from listed to sold. Should you need to renew your staging for any reason, we offer 2 week renewal contracts for discounted cost.


Pricing

Every house and staging project is unique and we are happy to look at your property and give you a customized quote. But, if you have never staged with us before and would like a general idea of our prices, here is a breakdown of a typical stage for a 1,800 sq foot house with a 60-day contract. This is staging the key rooms of the house, which are statistically shown to positively influence a buyers purchasing decision (Living Room, Primary Bed/Bath, Dining Room, Kitchen & Secondary Bath). We will always recommend staging the key rooms and may recommend additional rooms as needed.
